both of the auntie anne’s at the robinson mall aren’t horrible. they actually have 2 locations which is pretty cool. the one downstairs usually has more food in stock though. the food is okay. if you want some pretzels then go ahead but other places would be a better first pick in my opinion.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. One of my associates walked over to the Auntie Anne’s on the lower level of the mall and stood at the counter for about five minutes before leaving and coming back to tell me that no one was there. Shortly after, we saw two male employees return, so she went back to try and place an order. Not even a minute later, she came back and told me that when she tried to order, they laughed at her instead of assisting her.

I’m not sure who is responsible for hiring and training these young individuals, but this is completely unacceptable especially in a food service environment. This is not how customer service should be handled. I am highly disappointed by this behavior. Do better.

An order today at 5:07 through the Annie Ann’s app I got two buckets of pretzels and a few dips. Go to pick it up about 530 since I work at the mall and they don’t have it and said I placed the order too late. I said I placed it at 5:07 through your aunt Anne’s app and I said just give me a refund and it’s fine. They said they cannot refund me or give me the food so they called the manager instantly she started screaming and said to do it through the app. I said OK I will pull up the app while you’re on the phone and she started screaming absolutely not. I’m not waiting for that so got off the phone with her because she would not stop yelling. No one could even understand her.even her employees! So were trying to figure out a solution while she was yelling we were looking at the app and there is no way to do it through their app and she just kept saying DoorDash, but I used their Annie’s App. This was a $70 order and they told me no food and no refund and the app would only direct me to their store number. I am gonna try to follow up again with the manager that was screaming at me on Wednesday. That is when the employee said she would be back.

Don't even taste like pretzels. Very greasy. Quality has gone down over the years and the price is ridiculous.. I threw my bites out.. And told the kid to clean filter on back of flavored drink machine N he said its not a filter I said then what u call it he said I dont know.. it was so thick of dust and lint that everyone can see. Terrible

I have not bought anything from here in a long time.
I went shopping at the mall and I did have a coupon for a free pretzel for my birthday. I decided to order an Almond Pretzel.
First of all, the young lady taking orders looked like she did not want to be there. Never greeted no one or even smile.
There were 2 young boys making the pretzels.
She had to ask one of them how to ring up the free pretzel. He then told me it would be 15 minutes.
When I went to pick it up, it was burnt on the bottom. I tried picking from the top to avoid the burnt part. That did not help.
I went back and saw an older woman and another one walk out from the back. So I approached one of them and showed my pretzel. She made it herself and it was better.
My experience here is the reason I don't buy anything anymore.
No apologies or smiles.
They may have rectified the situation, but looked miserable doing so.
I will not recommend this location in the food court. There's another one right below on the first level.

If I could rate negative I would. Older lady at the location downstairs repeatedly told the children in the play area to shut up they were being too loud. They should be embarrassed to employ such a hateful person that yells at toddlers playing.

Need some retraining for your employees. We had to wait for the cashier to stop talking with his friends that were visiting him, to be told that they were out of the pepperoni bites and told us to try downstairs.
As we were leaving with our burnt bites (found out later) the kid behind the counter decided since his friends were gone that they would start to make some. Hopefully they weren't burnt like the last. 🤙

Gone downhill alot over the last year. The bread wrapping on their mini dogs is nearly non existent now as opposed to covering most of the dog like it was. The price has shot up. $9 for sub $6 worth of sub par food. Dont go here.

Rude employees

Alex Winger

Tried to order their bucket size with drinks and was told that it was 20 min wait since it was made to order. They had a whole batch coming out of the oven and their holding area was 95% full and only one other person in line. When I asked if they could just use some in the holding area or what just came out of the oven they gave me a confused look and followed with a no, they are made to order. Zero desire for the sale and zero customer service.

Edit: went to the 1st floor location afterwards and they took care of me with exceptional service!

Manager brought us coupons & mini pretzels to JCPenney salon & we were so grateful! She was so nice! Then I went over after I signed up for the $1 drink all day every day to get a drink!

I ordered the bucket of regular pretzel bites on Uber eats and of course when it showed up it was a small order of pretzels. How can someone confuse a huge bucket of pretzels to a small cup of pretzels? Absolutely poor management and extremely rude and tasteless employees. I definitely won’t be coming back!
