Sushi Bomb Reviews
I have gone here many places over the years ..I have had a couple wonderful waitresses / waiters and others who act like you're bothering them ( the heavyset white woman is the perfect example) who don't know how to smile or be friendly ( Truthfilly they shouldn't be in this line of work with their crappy attitudes ), but the WORSE is the middle age man who stand up at the counter...Not only is he rude and miserable, he acts like everyone is beneath him. Sushi Bomb in Pittsburgh is a popular all-you-can-eat sushi buffet with a diverse menu that offers more than just sushi. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, easy parking, and attentive staff. Customers especially enjoy the fresh sushi, which is made to order, and the ability to try many different rolls without waste since they can keep ordering until they are finished for the same price. The sushi is very fresh and of high quality, and the food is generally delicious. The salad bar is small but good, and Crab Rangoon is a must-try. The service is often slow, with servers sometimes disappearing and not acknowledging guests, which can make the experience longer than expected. Despite this, the staff are friendly and nice, and the waitstaff always have big smiles when clearing plates. The restaurant is suitable for both dates and family outings, but it is usually busy, so reservations or joining the online waiting list are recommended. The price is considered very good for the amount and quality of food offered. Customers use the restaurant as a reward for good grades, and many appreciate the fresh sushi and friendly service. Visitors from outside the area find the salad bar and sushi enjoyable, though some note the rice can be a little thick and calamari softer at home. Waiting times can be long if not prepared with a reservation or online waiting list confirmation, so planning ahead is advised.
