This is one of my go to breweries in Dormont. I love the events they host, the food trucks that come by, and the staff are always pleasant and fun to talk to.
A lovely place to try out different brews. I love the different social events they have there, too.
Great atmosphere and beer! Just wish there was a slightly bigger selection.
Definitely will be back.
Parking somewhat a problem and not much seating, but people are nice and service was good.

Back Alley Brewing is a very nice little brewery. We hosted my wife's 40th birthday party there and it was the perfect space for about 30 people. I think you could have up to 40 somewhat comfortably. The beers were really good. I'm not an IPA guy so I had the coffee stout and the lager; both very good! I highly recommend this place to have a few beers or to have a get-together.

We rented Back Alley Brewing for a shower, and it was perfect! Lots of natural light, lots of tables, the cutest greenery draped across the ceiling, super friendly staff that was wonderful to work with, pretty affordable. Highly recommend! And I know I already said this, but Lee was just great to work with. He was responsive to emails, easy-going, and friendly. We rented out the right side of the brewery, which is a pretty segmented off room (but without doors). Our group was just under 40 people, and it was comfortable.
We rented out Back Alley for our daughters birthday party and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great event space with flexibility and good beer! The Back Alley team was super accomodating and communicative throughout the process. The beer was excellent and the bartenders was incredibly attentive and helpful.

Nice little local business.
Fabulous brewery. Came into town Saturday and this was first stop. Loved the Goldenrod Autumn Shandy and bought a 4pack to go of the Back Alley IPA. Enjoyed this little gem of a brewery so much we went back Sunday too. My husband and I shared 2 flights so we could try nearly all of their beers. Fluffernut pumpkin beer was also very good. Will definitely be back next time we're in Pittsburgh. Beers are solid
