OMG! Why did I pay $30 for 22 wings! I was so mad! The wings we so dry i mean DRY! The seasoning on my 6 were so salty, my husband got 13 and his seasoning was super dry and unflavored! Never again.

I’ve been getting BSB for 30 years.
Never had a problem until last night.
I was disgusted last night when I got my wings, honey, ranch and barbecue. I truly believe they sat out all day long and when we ordered them in the evening, they just poured the sauce on top. There was no meat inside any of the wings. They were so tough and the skin was dried up and wrinkly. BSBs wings were the worst I’ve ever tasted in my entire life,. I threw them all in the garbage and wasted my money on nastiness. I don’t think you should give people ordering takeout food gross wings and think you can get away with it !
Im calling you out and telling everybody what you did to me and my family who were looking forward toEnjoying some good wings and a movie. This disgusting act of serving expired wings by the time I got them totally ruined my entire night! Because you chose to give a customer old chicken wings and didn’t even care!

I've been ordering from Big Shot Bob's in Avalon for over ten years. They're the best in the Burgh. They opened on New Year's Day to provide fresh delicious wings. Pre-ordering wings for New Year's Day was a breeze and the service is very friendly. I was able to call and make a change to a pick up order with ease.

This use to be a recommendation I put on my family’s lives. Slow delivery, virtually no sauce, and undercooked wings have left me feeling betrayed. Utterly disappointed. Used to be the gold standard, now a waste of time and money. The sauces are still fantastic, just wish you got a little on the wings like in the past.

I don’t complain much but when I do it’s for good reason. I ordered “the soldier”. The gyro meat was burnt to a crisp. The chicken fingers were completely overcooked. And to top it off, it’s supposed to come with “provolone sticks” on it, whereas they sent it with sliced mozzarella. Like I said I don’t complain much but when I spend $19 on 1 sandwich and tip the driver $7, yes I absolutely expect it to be made correct. Total fumble on BBS. Don’t waste your money. You’ll be surely disappointed.
