Bill's Bar & Burger offers juicy, flavorful burgers and surprisingly good, crispy chicken wings, possibly brined and lightly breaded, served with a spicy house hot sauce. The restaurant has a modern atmosphere suitable for dates or gatherings and is located near the convention center and next to the train station, making it a great spot for visitors. It features a friendly environment with lots of TVs to watch sports, and it has a good draft beer selection, even though the beer is on the pricey side at $6 per draft. The service is welcoming, with staff like the bartender and server providing excellent recommendations. The burger called “big cat” and the NEW! Mmmmmelt are highly recommended, along with the delicious smoothie called “4th of July.” Meals are delivered quickly, hot, fresh, and tasty, although there may still be some room for improvement in the order and payment process for take-out milkshakes. Parking is available below the Westin or other lots, including the Convention Center, and the restaurant is accessible by wheelchair. Some dishes like fish and chips may not meet expectations, especially since they use catfish instead of more standard fish, which might be a bit misleading. The staff are accommodating and helpful, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions, making sure meals are safe and suitable. Overall, Bill’s is a welcoming place with a lively vibe, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxing drink.
