Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choices and the food was great.
Because it isn't plainly printed anywehre: $25. The breakfast buffet is $25. For food that is honestly just the standard quality for buffet breakfast.

I read some of the reviews before we went there for breakfast as we were staying at the hotel. I understand the egg comment because they are soft scrambled but they were very good. The bacon is real bacon. And yes, it's not as crispy as some people would like it, but it's good. The service was excellent. They took extremely good care of us. Cleared our plates quickly and we're always available for whatever we needed.

Penn City Grill, located on the second floor of the Westin Hotel, offers a breakfast buffet with a nice selection of fresh items. The accommodating staff, including the chef, are professional and helpful. While the buffet is standard hotel fare, it may be worth it if you're looking for all-you-can-eat bacon.
