Food was excellent. Counter help was very friendly. But, the kitchen was way behind. We waited about a half hour for our food. I found the ordering kiosk confusing and difficult to use.

Such a great location! Rae and maya took care of me and made sure that they were smiling and making sure everybody was greeted and taken care of! They bring a lot to their team and making it a place to be!

Joe & JRK's Food Reviews

We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0

I generally only get salads to go, but I've never had a bad experience. The salads are a nice size, and there's plenty of topping variety. Prices might be a bit more than I'd like for protein additions and sides, but not enough to keep me away when I'm in the area.

Wonderful experience here! Special shout out to Andrew, who made my salad. He took great care navigating gluten free items, grabbing fresh ingredients that were more prone to cross contact. He checked the spice mix on the chicken to make sure it was safe for me. I really appreciate his thoroughness. The salad was spectacular. It is mixed in a larger bowl before being squished into a container with so much salad it’s bursting.

I highly recommend the build your own, as you get as many side toppings as you want. The fries are delicious and crispy, for only $3, might as well grab an order. I would say they could use a container instead of just the bag, but it works.

Thank you Andrew for an amazing experience! We will be back.

Dietary restrictions: Some of the toppings are not gluten free, as well as the pastas. Gluten free buns are available for burgers.

the options could be much better, the kids menu is very limited. when I try to customize my adult items there are many options that aren't available at the kiosk and I have to ask when I get my food from the counter. even when I choose to "customize" there are things I can't add such as mayo or extra pickles etc

Vegetarian options: salads and fries

Parking: shared lot, it is usually somewhat full

Kid-friendliness: kids meals, my son likes the fries and burgers but options are fairly limited

This place is fun. The food is wonderful. My friend had a salad with so much stuff in it, I don't know how she finished. I got the turkey burger with cheese, avocado, grilled mushrooms and ranch dressing with no bread,(I love this choice, since I'm not a big fan of bread) and it was delicious. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and it was busy, which means others know the fun and good food at the Bistro. I recommend giving it a try. Have some fun!

Waited 25 minutes for a wrap and a salad that were overpriced and very mediocre.

Vegetarian options: Full salad bar, fries etc

Dietary restrictions: Foods stored separately as far as I can tell. Unclear if it's prepared separately. I believe it said the fries are cooked in peanut oil.

Parking: Free parking lot. Not many spaces next to store but close by

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals. Limited selections and "10 & under"

Great Salad.
Employees are not happy or friendly, but they are effective and efficient.
The store is very noisy as the employees use metal bowls to mix the salads. If the mixing and subsequent tossing of the bowls was done in a separate kitchen, customers would not hear the banging. Done in the same room, it's quite jolting.
