This would be a much higher review as I have been here several times and always had good food, but today has sullied that good will. My burger and fries takeout had the fries in the picture. It looks like they dumped the bottoms of a bag of frozen fries into old grease and then bagged them. They tasted terrible. Whoever actually served that should feel bad about it. The burger was very good and normally is, so I am disappointed with this visit. I'd be happy to change the review in the future, but this was a let down.

Got a salad which wasnt terrible, it was actually really busy there and you get a lot in a salad bowl but I was hoping since they are so big that when I ordered one cup of ranch on the side that it was gonna be enough to cover the whole salad not just a teeny tiny portion

Hi everyone, this place freaking sucks. I went in to get a burger and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for it. The blonde lady with neck tattoo acted like this place was library and told us to be quiet for talking at a normal volume. After waiting 45 minutes for my food, it was cold and had mustard on it when I didn’t even ask for it.

The blonde lady screamed at customers for being loud without a warning and then proceeded to give us shitty burgers with stuff on them that none of us ordered. Waited 40 minutes for burgers that were cold and charred. I am NEVER coming back again!!!

Food was extremely cold, and sloppy. Blonde lady screamed at me along with other customers for being “loud”, even though once we left the noise level maintained the same. Other customers even told us that we were being very modest and quiet. NEVER come here.

Good food. Slow service. Sanitary issues, I saw a staff member in the kitchen wearing gloves, eating with their hands from what appeared to be a food pan in the service line (or possibly their own meal) while also handling other customer food. They repeatedly touched their mouth area and put their hands back into the pan, without changing gloves. I truthfully was shocked as they saw me notice them eating and continued to eat. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Food was excellent. Counter help was very friendly. But, the kitchen was way behind. We waited about a half hour for our food. I found the ordering kiosk confusing and difficult to use.

Such a great location! Rae and maya took care of me and made sure that they were smiling and making sure everybody was greeted and taken care of! They bring a lot to their team and making it a place to be!

Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though!
The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss.
As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock.
