This place always take forever when we come. We haven’t even tried our food today but it shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to make a burger and a wrap. We came here for a quick bite before the movies and now our movie is about to start and still no food. We dont even want it anymore at this point.

I had a turkey burger unfortunately I have had better. The burger was thin and flat for the price $9. Wasn't the best for me. I won't get a burger there. Now their salads looked good but I didn't order one. My son enjoyed his salad.

I had such a great experience at Hello Bistro thanks to Reece and Nico! Those kids are absolute little angels — so kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful the entire time. They made everyone feel welcome with their positive attitudes and big smiles. They were also super cute and friendly, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s really nice to see young people working so hard and being so polite to customers. Hello Bistro is lucky to have them!

Terrible service dont go. They have weird kids with anime pins in their hats working who would rather eat good and talk behind the counter than put together guests orders.... It wasnt busy but many people wanted a long time because these employees. Avoid this place, much better options next door.

The quality of the food is hit and miss. Somedays better then others but never really great or consistent. My salad today was completely missing dressing whitch happens quite frequently and the fries were all burned up. Won't be going back there for a while.

I always love going to McCandless location. I have never been disappointed. Quality food and quantity. Always smiles. Myah was very helpful showing me my choices for my favorite Pasta ;) and greens. Thank you to the staff also. And to the entire company I deeply miss the pasta.
