The older lady bartender with glasses was so rude..at first she would not wait on me and then she made me cash out because she was leaving. So I cashed out and left. The fish was not bad but it was not what it used to be and it was on a store bought bun. I will not be going back or recommending Bobby's lounge to anyone .

I travel to Pittsburgh 1-2 times a year and I always try to make a stop at Bobby's. There's nothing I can say about the fish that hasn't been said a thousand times before, it's amazing. The service is always decent, too. I've never had a complaint. This was the first time I've been back to Bobby's since the change of ownership and renovation. Man, what did they do? They had a well-preserved mid-century modern bar, with dark wood and subtle lighting, it was a beautiful classic American bar setting and they destroyed it. Replacing it with a personality-less setting featuring an oval bar, barren, ugly walls, and a few parlor games still advertising the bar they were previously in. It went from a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere to relax in, to a cold, sterile prison of anonymity. Such a devastating loss for the community. I'll still go back for the food, but I don't think I could ever hang out there again.

Walked in to order food to go and have a drink while I waited... did not get acknowledged atall til I asked for a menu. Was treated as if my presence was a complete inconvenience...felt completely not welcome and would like to speak to someone about my service. . I spent a good amount of money and tipped and still had back turened on me and no kinda welcome feeling atall. . I Would understand if it was busy there was 2 other people. They still didn't acknowledge me or my guest.... Heard good things very disappointed in my whole experience today. I typically don't post but I felt the need to let people know.. Apparently bobbies ain't what it used to be.

Not the same Bobby's under the new management...web site prices do not reflect the reality of the increased menu item prices...they charge a 3% fee for credit card transactions.... ordered a take out,, was shown the bill,,,,gave my card to pay. Normal . The barmaid came back with a handheld credit card machine so I could place my pin number,,, did so,,,, signed and took my receipt, my to go order and left.....when later I looked at my receipt there was a 30% tip added.......bad stuff people..... stay away. Gave a 2 star rating because the food was ok.
