Bruegger's Bagels

Girl behind the counter has ZERO personality. Giving away bagels and charging others for the same thing, with still an hour before closing. The bagels are great but the service is atrocious!

They were shorthanded today, but still did a great job on that bagel breakfast sandwich. Excellent place to go!

Ordered large order of breakfast sandwiches for my team and the workers at Brueggers were prompt and very hospitable. The food is always good as well. One of the best food options at the airport

I ordered the Ham and cheese, 2 eggs, on the cheesy hash brown bagel. It came with bacon on it which I took off and gave to my son. The sandwich was really good. It had a peppered mayo on it that was surprisingly yummy, not peppery, but also not too mayonnaise-ee.

The staff seemed to all be having fun and getting along while still getting the job done. Unfortunately, the interaction with each other and other airport staff did not translate to customers they didn’t really know.

And the cleanliness was unimpressive to say the least.

The GM Amy is amazing!! She’s a machine - making everyone’s bagels high quality and lightning speed. Giving 2 stars on service though to get corporate’s attention - the line was 25 mins long even with Amy’s hard work and experience. I worry you are going to lose an amazing leader Bruegger’s! Amy needs some help!

Typically it’s good, today not so much. The hash brown was fused to the wrapper and most of the brisket was… well gristle and veins!
EDIT: I went to the website as directed by “owner”, See addition screenshot below of the company response. They couldn’t even so much as offer me a hash brown 🙃. I’ll be hitting up Chic-fil-a next time. The customer service there is next level.

Don't know about the food waited 35 minutes past the opening time. They still were not open. Had to leave to catch my plane.

Standing in line at 5:20 am and still not open! Don't advertise that you open at 5 am if you don't open until 5:30 or 6 am!

5am opening posted Everywhere. 2 guys at counter saying open at 5:30am. But yeah we know the hours say 5am.

The best bagel store!!! love the bagels. Perfectly made perfect flavor.
