Great to be able to sit down and eat in the store again. The staff is always friendly, and they're attentive to every detail. A suggestion for Corporate: Get the drink cooler out front fixed. They can't display all the chilled wares, including all the great cream cheese options.

Disappointed they discontinuedmy favorite bagel flavor a while ago and not happy to be charged 50 cents for an extra slice of cheese. I can get a lot more in a grocery store for that price. Will not be back again for these reasons.

Once again, Tom and the crew at the 4th Avenue Brueggers in Downtown Pittsburgh have done an amazing job of helping me surprise a bunch of really wonderful folks with warm bagels to celebrate the Holidays. Thank you all!
