They were kind enough to open up a half an hour early to get my order for 60 people ready. Fantastic cookies and breakfast sandwiches!

From NY TO PITTSBURGH....I LOVE BRUEGGERS BAGELS!!

Visiting Pittsburgh for the weekend...I was able to try many other local Favorite Eateries but when I realized there was a Brueggers in Pittsburgh I was beyond excited. Same AMAZING Bagels and sandwiches that I LOVE from Brueggers. Different Location/State...no difference. Still DELICIOUS!!

This location is Super Cute and Quaint...located in Shady Side Neighborhood. We sat outside, enjoyed our breakfast taking it all in. Staff was Friendly and Amazing - 10 out 10 RECOMMEND!! PS Took a sandwich to go..Long ride back to NY :)

Brueggers Shadyside Breakfast sandwhich was not warm enough, coffee was not hot and was prepared while I waited. I asked for butter, didn’t happen. I will stick with the one on McKnight Road and Eiensteins on Baum Blvd.

I eat at this BRUEGGERS location on a regular bases. The food is good and the Amy and her staff are terrific. Always personable and provide great service. They are why I keep coming back!

I love this bagel shop.

The best bagel shop for me. Bagels are delicious, and the prices are low. If you become a loyalty member and go in on Monday, you can get a dozen bagels for under $10. Service is pretty good, but the app sucks if you want a custom order.

Didn’t even try getting my order right. Incorrect bagel, no cream cheese, no eggs. Sad excuse for a bagel that I spend $14 on. When I called to try to resolve the problem no one picks up. Absolutely scammed by this place. Do not order from here.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but staff was rude when asked to toast my bagel, dining area was closed upstairs and I didn’t like the atmosphere
My experience usually good in other branches, but this branch today was very bad
Staff is kindo of weirdo

The bagel was good. The coffee wasn't. I got a iced caramel cold brew. It gets five stars for the service because my mobile order didn't go through and the guy behind the counter was super nice. That alone would bring me back if I needed something quick to eat

So we were from out of town today, went there to get half dozen bagels, and they stiffed us one!

Sorry, that’s a screwup at deserves a one star rating, so make sure you count your bagels before you leave there, because staff just can’t handle counting from one to six! God knows what they’ll do to 12!

Thanks for nothing, almost literally!

As a regular customer, I’ve never been impressed with the customer service at this bagel shop, but today was beyond unacceptable. The shop closes at 2 PM, and I arrived at 1:45 PM. When I politely asked the woman behind the counter (who had short hair, a cap, and spectacles) if they were still serving, she responded in a condescending tone, emphasizing that they would be closing in 15 minutes.

Despite the time, I quickly started placing my usual order. She removed her gloves and, with clear irritation, told me to wait, complaining about her long day. This set the tone for the rest of the interaction. I repeated my order, including the type of bagel I wanted, but it was clear she wasn’t listening. She asked me multiple times what kind of bagel I wanted, which was frustrating.

When I inquired about coffee, she rudely informed me they were out. I also requested that my bagel be toasted, but that too was ignored. After asking several times, she finally started preparing my order, but again asked, “What kind of bagel?” If she wasn’t going to listen, why bother asking?

The order was finally completed, but the bagel wasn’t toasted, as I had requested multiple times. To make matters worse, it was the worst-tasting bagel I’ve ever had, as if she went out of her way to make it terrible.

I can’t help but wonder if this treatment was due to my race. It’s hard to believe that the staff’s poor attitude and condescending tone are just because they’ve had a long day, especially when it happens every time I visit. I can understand someone having a bad day once or twice, but I’m not here to be insulted every time I visit.

I will never be returning to this place, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Food is good, people are very nice but I go here about once a week and they get my order wrong about 3/4ths of the time.

I only started coming here within the past month and every time the food has been amazing and the staff has been great. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but it almost feels like it's a different restaurant. I always look forward eating here, and would def recommend it.
