I ordered a full meal after work hoping that I can finally pick up my food and go home only to realize that these people had the wrong hours on their website and I stood in front of their black glass questioning my life why the in world they’re closed at 10PM when the website says they close at 12AM. That’s one quick way to destroy someone’s day. Worst Burger King ever.

I’ve experienced bad service before, but I have never in my life walked into an establishment and been blatantly unacknowledged, looked past, and not waited on while a group of 3 teenage girls cut in line and were served. Furthermore, SEVEN employees were behind the counter, one of whom was apparently off-duty, so there were more employees than customers in the place—almost twice as many. And 5 of the employees got involved in filling an order for an ice cream cone, while I, waiting to buy a meal and extras, was 100% ignored. I don’t make accusations of discrimination lightly, but I can think of no other reason I would not be acknowledged than the fact that I’m not the same race as all the employees appeared to be. Other than that I’m just a regular looking guy. And the thing that makes it worse is I am extremely patient and respectful with people working in food service and other low-wage jobs because I know they’re often mistreated by customers and poorly paid. I’ve been there myself. But there was no excuse for this abhorrent behavior by every single employee working there. If a manager or the franchisee bothers to read reviews and would like video evidence of this experience, feel free to contact me.

This place is seriously mismanaged. The burger was great but the long lines and staff chatting is dismaying. I got there at 1:20. Can't imagine how they handle the noon customers

Came here cause due to construction, there wasn't any parking on Forbes. Not only were the front end staff belligerent but also rude. They didn't have the drink I originally ordered so I asked for a coffee (at 10am) and that was out too. Then the coke was out and sprite. I settled for Dr. Pepper. They didn't put the bacon on my sandwich and the bottom of the biscuit was too hard to eat. We were the only customers but it was super loud from all the employees yelling. Will never return.

About the level of food quality (or lack thereof) I'd expect from downtown. Coupled with restrictions from Covid and large homeless population I generally don't get fast-food downtown, but that's not really specific to this brand.Vegetarian options: They exist on the menu, but the one's I've tried aren't all that exciting. I'm also uncertain if they have anything in place to prevent criss-contaminaton, ie vegan patties cooked on shared equipment.Parking: No lot, downtown, possible street parking but as I don't drive I don't really know if it's legal or not.Wheelchair accessibility: Minimally accessible. Didn't use the dining room but no obvious wheelchair seating. Got the impression that the bathrooms are still closed to the "public" including customers.

This place always dirty, has bad customer service, I don't know why I kept coming back after the first 2 bad encounters I had in this place. I had to because it is the only place open on my way into night shift, they even close the fryer down early some nights. I start work at 10 i get there at 9:26 and everything is shut down. They are supposed to be open until 10. Then the manager gets smart with me. Not the regular cashier. Just bad attitudes and bad vibes. I'm not going back.

Bought a whopper and a fry here and it was okay! Asked to use the restroom. And the Cashier said and I repeat these words to me “ Im sorry but the bathroom is Closed” I asked him why and he told me “ we keep it locked so that we don’t have to clean it up because it’s always getting dirty”! Literally the Laziest workers I have ever seen in my life! Won’t be back! And I did report this location to corporate!

Everytime I go I plan on spending a half hour there. Usually it only takes 20 minutes, but it's rarely a quick trip. That said, I've never had an issue with my food and one time they did give me free fries for all the dysfunction going on behind the counter. I don't go on a regular basis and I feel like I've seen a few rounds of staff, and I definitely remember a time that they were out of almost everything including burgers. Recently I ended up just leaving after waiting for 10 minutes to have my order taken, but I think the oven or grill had broken and they were out of pickles anyway.I'm rating this place 3 stars because honestly the pure dysfunction is kind of amusing to watch sometimes, and the staff, no matter who it is, always handles it amazingly. Granted I don't go all the time, but I've never seen them raise their voices at customers or each other, even as people are getting heated in the waiting area, and they do their best to work together and keep organized.

twin was really nice and fun to talk to :) they were also really good with making sure our orders were correct
Burger King isn't exactly "chefs kiss" generally speaking, so I already had low expectations.. but the food here was disgusting. They served us food that had probably been sitting in the heat-hold container for hours. Fryers definitely hadn't been cleaned in a while either. The women at the front counter was awesome though, she was super nice! But the food.... no thank you lol.

Wow it's nice to see Burger King's employees stepping up to the plate I personally thought the place was really going downhill wasn't very clean and really stopped going there and then I met a young man Jesse who is just killing it he's so full of spunk and he always greets everyone with a smile ⭐??

Typical Burger King especially for downtown Pittsburgh. Food is good. Service is okay to good. You can even plug in your phone and recharge it while you eat, if you find the right spot.

Walked in and tons of flies everywhere, owner was calling a customer slurs, and I just had to walk the hell out. Not gonna ever eat here. Despicable behavior from Burger King.

That Burger King ain't too bad every now and then they make a mistake or two but they're pretty good the food's usually hot I don't usually get anything cold from there when I order from there so compared to other Burger Kings around town I think that one is a good one
