I went here many years ago and walked out because of the service. I saw that it was under new ownership and had great reviews, so I walked there from near the Point to get a steak salad to go. When I got there, they were out of steak. I started to walk out again but the young man at the counter was so nice, I decided to get a crispy chicken salad and a pepperoni slice for dinner.WOW! This is a hidden gem. We were looking for a good place for lunch near the Kimpton Hotel Monarch located on William Penn Place. A very nice passerby walked me to the door of this restaurant after advising that it was his favorite spot. It is only steps from the hotel but not visible from William Penn Place. Great lunch spot with pretty good food. The service is always great, the staff is super friendly. There's hardly ever a wait. Portions are very large. It's not the best pizza or sub in town, but it isn't bad either. I will defiantly be eating here again.
