took twenty minutes before my food even started to be made. kiosk orders are basically ignored but its either that or talk to the staff who are oftentimes just rude for no reason

Food is the only thing decent here the staff are rude give you an attitude every single time you come here. It’s like if u don’t like being in customer service why work here? The lines are unnecessarily long cause they take forever just to do one order. I hate coming here but I like their smoothies.

Unpunctual, unprofessional and not engaging staff. Never balance between mobile orders and dining in customers. Leaving some waiting up to 30mins starving. Foods are fair and decent.

Good food, rude staff

Said they closed at 7:00 p.m., got in line at 6:45, was told at 6:58 that they weren’t taking any more orders and left, then saw behind me that more people were being allowed to order. The food is pretty good, but the service is awful.
