10/10 amazing food and service!
Great atmosphere for a dinner date or a family event. Really good food and service. Was really impressed, my first and only time, food was good and quickly brought out by an attentive server, the lighting was cute and had that fancy/at home feel to it.

New menu went downhill. Entrees need to be fixed. Just paid $50 dollars for pasta in broth and an unseasoned spagetti.

Cafe Notte is an excellent choice for a special evening out. The atmosphere and service were both five-star—the space is elegant and the staff is attentive and professional. The menu is quite limited, which can be an issue for repeat visits, and I felt the prices were a bit high for what was offered. It's a great spot for a special meal or a celebratory dinner, but it’s probably not a place for a regular weeknight outing.

My husband and l love Cafe Notte . Their new food menu is forever changing to reflect old and new savory dishes. The wait staff and bartenders are not only good but enjoy what they do and are just pleasant. David, Jerry and Debbie ensure that you not only feel welcome but make your dining experience a unforgettable one. 10/10 food ,drinks and service. And last but not least our wonderful well seasoned bartender Barbara was not only knowledgable yet a pleasure to talk to ,we wanted for nothing our whole dinner service. We will be back to try some more new and cherished food items. We love your new facelift Salute! 🍷♥️
We had one of the best meals ever here last evening. The new menu was spectacular - everything was incredibly fresh, portions perfect, flavor amazing. We shared the chicken dish, pork dish, pasta and 2 appetizers, and there was so much more we wanted to try. Highly recommend for a date night or family dinner out.

I am unimpressed with the updated menu. I have been coming to this restaurant for years and very much enjoyed everything I have ever had.
1. No bread service anymore
2. While I agree the original menu was a bit big, I think they trimmed down the options TOO much. It is now the size of their old appetizer menu and not enough salads and the most basic of Italian soup. (But you wanna put figs on a caprese salad...it's off putting)
3. I had the bucatini...I had to reach for the salt and the pepper flakes as this dish had apparently never seen seasoning before...everything was bland and swimming in oil. I also ordered the side salad of arugula, tomato, and parmesan (because the fig caprese just sounded vile and those were my 2 optio s) and there was no parmesan involved in the salad.
The new decor and renovations look beautiful..the menu was definitely designed by someone that doesn't understand Italian cuisine at all or Pittsburgh and so just became very meh

We just ate at a buffet. It was okay. Seating was a little tight.

We ate at Café Notte tonight and were really impressed with the updates they’ve made. The place recently went through some renovations and rolled out a new menu, and you can tell a lot of thought went into both. The decor is beautiful—warm, inviting, and the new tables and chairs are both elegant and super comfortable. The food was definitely the highlight. We started with the arancini and the fried zucchini—both were fantastic. The zucchini came with a lemon aioli that I could’ve eaten by the spoonful, and the arancini was perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with flavorful sausage and risotto on the inside. For dinner, we had the chicken Milanese and the aglio e olio. The chicken was fried just right—crispy but not greasy—with a bright lemon sauce, capers, and garlic that pulled everything together. The aglio e olio was simple in the best way—lots of fresh garlic and just the right amount of cheese. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail and care from the staff. The chef/owner came out before we ordered to introduce himself and walk us through the menu, and then stopped back afterward to make sure we enjoyed everything. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in the food and the experience—he even mentioned that everything is made fresh daily with farm-to-table ingredients, and it shows. Our server was great too—super friendly, attentive, and had some great recommendations. If you’ve been to Café Notte before, it’s definitely worth a return visit to see the new space and try the new menu. We’ll definitely be back again soon
