I had one of the best lunches I’ve ever had in Shadyside. This included the food, the service and the selection all of which were fantastic. James waited on us and did a fantastic job. I had delicious roasted beef salad with salmon and the calamari he recommended is second to none! Highly recommend!

It's got some aspects right for a restaurant at this price range, like the complimentary sourdough bread and fresh butter was really good.

Main course of long Island Duck lookes great from all the reviews, but I felt it could have been executed better. Duck leg was cooked well and easily falling from the bone, but taste wise it's not very rich. The small cherries were bland, if they were more tart it could have balanced the dish much better. We enjoyed our evening here to celebrate our anniversary. The bartender, Lexi, was knowledgeable & made great cocktails. Mike was our server & he, too was knowledgeable & made great suggestions. The food was excellent. Prepared perfectly with interesting combinations & quality ingredients. I hope to go back to try more.
