Service is awful. The hostess working tonight was incredibly rude and gave me a half full glass of water that already had someone else’s lips on the glass. I won’t be going back.

Decent food for a hotel restaurant. Open later and very convenient as it is within the hotel.

Food was bland, server was clueless. We waited 30 minutes to get the bill.

Drinks were strong and great. Didn’t try any food but the cheesecake, which was good. As anticipated, high prices all around.
Pedro our waiter was awesome. Recommended us the perfect drink and provided friendly and efficient service.

Pittsburgh House Salad was great. There was a minor issue on the order and the staff quickly rectified it with an entirely new salad. Thanks so much!

The bartender on Saturday night was one person short and working to keep up. Apparently, this led to her being frustrated, which brought out some attitude. She was short with several customers wanting to order a drink. With so many great bars in Pittsburgh, skip this hotel bar if possible.

Food was perfectly fine. Did take some time, but the manager did bring my food over and apologized for the time and put my wrap on the house. Nothing out of this world but perfect for walking downstairs and needing something to eat. Our problem was all with our bartender. His attitude from the get go was horrible and very flippant. Constantly huffing and mumbling. Complaining openly about having guests and other workers. It was honestly just very odd and sad. Nothing is worse than going out and feeling as if you’re an inconvenience. :(

Great food and an Open Mic.

Very limited dinner menu with basic options. No “Happy Hour” or specials. Average prices, average portions. Nice staff, friendly environment. I was happy to have this as a convenient option, open late.
