Over 30 minutes to get a drink at the bar.

The bartender on Saturday night was one person short and working to keep up. Apparently, this led to her being frustrated, which brought out some attitude. She was short with several customers wanting to order a drink. With so many great bars in Pittsburgh, skip this hotel bar if possible.

One star only because it makes you do that. Horrible service. We stayed here at the hotel for the opening game weekend. First night we came down for dinner got sat quickly but order took a while to get taken. Food was ok but getting anything else was a waiting game. The next night we decided to go to the bar for drinks it wasn't to busy and it took a minute for the bartender to knowledge us. We asked for a Adios and she asked what is that? So we went with a simple Long Island which tasted more like a bitter tea than any kind of alcohol. The last night around 8pm we go down to get some dinner we waited at the front where it says wait to be seated and stood there for a good 10 mins and just sat ourselves because nobody even attempted to walk over to us. Sat and waited, waited, waited and waited. Finally get someone to bring us a menu. Waited and waited then they took our order. Food, two waters and two cokes. We waited and waited and waited. Then comes our food and after our flat cokes. Took forever to get new cokes. The mash potatoes tasted a little weird but my burger was pretty good. We did have to ask for napkins and utensils as well. Even if your short staffed at least acknowledge your guest that our waiting.

Went here tonight for dinner and a couple drinks. The service was the worst I've seen in a long time. The bartender, Jennifer, was extremely rude to everyone she talked to. She even refused to fix drinks she didn't want to do and told the customer to pick something else. The bar was out of rum and had no beers on tap. Rude service and obviously poorly managed bar. Terrible experience.

Food was perfectly fine. Did take some time, but the manager did bring my food over and apologized for the time and put my wrap on the house. Nothing out of this world but perfect for walking downstairs and needing something to eat. Our problem was all with our bartender. His attitude from the get go was horrible and very flippant. Constantly huffing and mumbling. Complaining openly about having guests and other workers. It was honestly just very odd and sad. Nothing is worse than going out and feeling as if you’re an inconvenience. :(

Honestly one of the most insane encounters I've ever had. Food was terrific but Landon was so unfriendly. Anytime anyone at the bar tried to order he huffed at them and stormed away. It was weird. I felt like I was a inconvenience to him from the moment we came in. Manager was amazing and so friendly and was clearly working super hard.

Great food and an Open Mic.

Very limited dinner menu with basic options. No “Happy Hour” or specials. Average prices, average portions. Nice staff, friendly environment. I was happy to have this as a convenient option, open late.

Meh. Servers were excellent, but it was so crowded because of hosting a convention. If such a large convention is coming in, why close the kitchen? They would have made a killing on food if they had served later. *update - we atebreakfast here the next morning. Service was fine and food options were good, but all the food in the warming dishes was cold - and the pancakes were hard.
