Charleys Cheesesteaks

Was looking forward to a cheesesteak there. First noticed it was mostly bread. Almost half way through I pulled 2 long stringy things out of the sandwich. They were like really course hair or sewing thread thickness. My weak stomach at the thought I threw up all over it.

Made my very first trip to the Robinson Mall yesterday and I chose Philly cheese steak with fries for lunch. We were NOT disappointed!! My husband is extremely picky and the was a home run choice for our day out! The line took a bit longer than it had to but it was pretty busy. Food was hot and delicious and they were even giving free samples during the wait! Will definitely return!!

Used to eat here all the time and loved it. Now, you pay for sauces and don’t get them. I pulled the hoagies out of the bag and the boxes barely had weight to them. There’s so little meat and even the toppings that are super cheap. Now, we won’t spend a penny there all because we pay for things we don’t get and your employees make skimpy hoagies.

Worker forgot a drink 2 were on the order then took so long getting the other one the food got cold. Bread had large piece missing on the bottom of the sandwich the cook should have bought this. Don’t know if a rat got to the bread or what

I ordered a cheesesteak. There was not enough meat on the sandwich to feed a squirrel. The food was cold and the bread was stale. This is giving Charley's business a bad look. Next time I'm in Robinson mall, I'm going to Wahlburgers. Charley's will be a sinking ship in Robinson mall if they continue to cheat customers out of quality food.

Nothing like the pictures of the old school cheesesteak. Not fresh made, that's old precooked garbage with cheese sauce. Never again.

The manager at this location refused to remake a sandwich after it was made incorrectly. She said she could give us a new bun only, and flat out refused to make a new sandwich, despite us stating we had an allergy to one of the ingredients that was NOT stated on the menu board. This manager was condescending, rude, and should not be in a position of power.

This is literally one of the best in pgh. The staff is consistently nice as well as the food consistently good. Great place 5stars

You have to pay for french fries dipping sauce. Pretty stupid for a fast food restaurant.

Rude disrespectful workers

We have tried the same items at other locations but this place didn’t even come closer to the same taste we normally get. Both the chicken subs we got were pretty bland and had inadequate filing.

I've eaten here countless times while I'm at the mall. Food is always great (cheese steaks are large for the price, and their fries are as well (very good fries btw, try the ultimate fries). Service is always good and pretty fast, highly recommend if you're grabbing a bite at the mall.

Parking: Mall parking, always plentiful.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meal available, all options pretty friendly for kids.
