Ordered takeout at around 4:10PM and was told "probably gonna be an hour it's kind of busy" so I give them a little bit of extra time and show up at 5:45pm and am then told "I don't know what your order is or how to find it, it's gonna be 2 hours probably".
What kind of mismanaged disaster of a restaurant has no way to keep track of orders? And keeps me waiting 2 hours for 1 order of Lo Mein then tells me it's gonna be another 2 hours (4 HOURS TOTAL). What a disaster next time I'll eat at McDonald's at least I know I'll get food, I never even got my food from here and was told I couldn't get a refund.
DO NOT EAT HERE.

The seasonal four course dungeness crab feast is truly remarkable. The garlic breaded and fried crab legs course was the juiciest crab I've ever tasted. I will remember it forever. It's worth the price for a special occasion.

My sister and I decided to try Chengdu last night for dinner not sure what to expect. We both agreed we would come back. The food was super good and we both loved the hot tea. Staff was so friendly and several of them thanked us for coming after we finished our meal. We enjoyed the whole experience.
Vegetarian options: The vegetable lo mein was scrumptious!!!

My best Asian food experience in Pittsburgh. So glad to have found the addition to the squirrel Hill initial location. Mediocre Asian food has the same brown sauce on every dish. Not here thank goodness!

Horrible customer service. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong order and when I called they only apologized and said they can fix the order next time.
They have the most authentic Sichuan food in Pittsburgh plus excellent service.

The food was bland, the noodles were a little overcooked and the orange chicken was swishy.

Got the following items (from the Chinese menu):
- beef noodles
- Eggplant in Garlic Sauce
- Green bean with minced pork
- Sichuan styled steamed pork belly with pickled mustard
The best dish for us was the green beans. The dish was seasoned well and it hit the spot. The beef noodles were good, but could use some more seasoning.
The eggplant was flood with oil unfortunately.... the sauce was good, but if they can get rid of the oil, it'd be a lot better. The steam pork belly was okay, it was definitely precooked and reheated when you order it... won't get it again, but worth trying at least once :)

Placed a large takeout order yesterday and couldn’t have been happier with everything. It was fresh and hot and on time. I was serving extended family so it was nice to have a combination of familiar dishes and exciting new to us options. So happy to have a place like this in the North Hills.

I really enjoyed the food. They have a regular menu and a traditional menu where you can order authentic dishes. The service is very fast and the restaurant is well lit and clean.

In this visit, we tried various vegetarian options. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the options. Everything was great, for me the highlights were bean jelly noodles, black fungus and mapao tofu. I will definitely come back here to try the nonvegeterian options.
