Chick-fil-A in Pittsburgh

“We visited on April 16, 2025 as part of a high school band trip of 60 students, staff, & chaperones coming home from Washington, D.C. We made a huge crowd inside the restaurant. Some of us ordered on the app. We were all served within approx 15min. It was very efficient & good food quality. The restaurant & bathrooms were clean & staff were friendly.“

“The standard Chick-fil-A experience. Polite staff, fast service, and consistent food. One of the only places to grab some gluten free options when out and about. A little higher priced than other places but you know what you are getting. Salads offer a healthier option -just go light on the dressing.“

“While I like the food, this place is usually not clean. No staff is dedicated for cleaning. Costermers need to wipe down tables and chairs. When I visited Chick-fil-A in homestead, an elderly woman keeped the place clean. This place needs to hire somebody to keep this place clean.“

“I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!“

“The two ladies that were working today were the absolute Best!! The gal (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name ?) she had a ponytail in her hair….she is a gem!! She was so busy but had the order we were waiting on in the bag within seconds of it sent out from the back. Thanks for the great food and great service ✌??“

“Service was friendly and the food was fast!! Love Chick-Fil-A- food is always great! Had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sweet tea. Only downside eating inside the airport is the menu is downsized and the prices are double sized!

Parking: This is in the Pittsburgh Airport so not convenient unless you are flying.“

“This particular Chick-fil-a provides me with a large portion of my weekly meals. They have never been weak on handing out sauces and they provide fast and efficient service. Their nuggets are exquisite and are a go-to for me. But, they don't have a full menu.“
