While I like the food, this place is usually not clean. No staff is dedicated for cleaning. Costermers need to wipe down tables and chairs. When I visited Chick-fil-A in homestead, an elderly woman keeped the place clean. This place needs to hire somebody to keep this place clean.

This is the worst chick fil a location I've ever experienced. Not sure how it slipped through the cracks. We have been several times but will not go back anymore. Something is often missing from our order, the dining room is usually dirty. But mostly the attitude is what makes it so bad, just not the friendly service you usually experience at CFA. A few days ago something was missing from my order (again) and when I politely mentioned it to the worker, he was incredibly rude to me. I will never go back here.

This one sucks go to McKnight , sure no huge lines like McKnight but at least McKnight is friendly and gets the order right. Wires line I ever been to. Won't be back. Such a shame the have such a rude uncaring staff

Worst chic fil a exp in a while. In line forever because it looked like the girl that was in the drive thru didn’t know what she was doing with the pad. So I sat there for almost 20 minutes before getting my food while the other line had 7 cars go through. Then I got literally 6 total fries with my adult nugget meal, which had half all small pieces that were more popcorn chicken than nuggets… won’t be back for a while

I went to this fine establishment this past week. I was greeted ever so nicely by a beautiful girl with the name tag "LUCY". She was honestly very modest and lovely. She made great small talk with me and took my order so efficiently. The quickest I've ever received fast food. amazing. praise the Lord! Then, when I received my meal, yet again she was the one handing it to me. Horrah, I was thrilled! Thank you Lucy, for your service here. I hope they are paying you well. :)

Afternoon crew looked tired and not really moving, kinda like zombies, and tyier don’t listen if his life depended on dude needa cut them dreads or somethin so he can hear my order cause he done messed up my order twice in one week he said my pleasure this time but they need to get it together chik fil a is taking a down fall
I used to prefer chick fil a over the rest of the fast food choices because of how quick they could move the line but now they're getting to be just as slow as the rest. I waited almost an hour yesterday. They gave me my milkshake and then parked me to wait for my food. So I had a melted milkshake with my food.
