3 times out of 3 there's something wrong, either pay for sauce and then it's not in the bag, get sweet tea when you asked for sugarless tea. We went in this time, tables were all dirty, we waited for 19 minutes to get chicken and fries. The fries were cold. There seemed to be plenty of people working there. Tired of it, won't go again.

Not a fan of fast food anymore but my kids and wife love it so, when in rome... really like the spicey chicken with pickles on it. I dont like waffle fries but theirs are really good.

This location is a mess. Out of food, understaffed, etc. Each time you visit there is a different problem.

Called two days in advance to make an order to be pick up Today Saturday morning. The person I spoke to on the phone told me. No problem it’s a small order and would be ready at 7:50am. Came to pick it up at 7:45.

Order wasn’t ready an had to wait finally get it at 8:25 35 mins past the time that they said it would be ready 10 breakfast sandwiches and one huddled mini chicken biscuits.

No one was interested and helping while I sat and waited pushing me way late for my function and offered nothing in return for the long wait. Very disappointing
