I had a catering order set for delivery today and Chuck exceeded all expectations! I was running late and he not only waited for me, but helped me carry everything through the hospital as it was heavy. I will definitely order catering from this location again! Thank you!

My 6 cookie were stale not as fresh and I order 2 Mac and cheese and only received one they substitute a cup of fruit for it without informing me. It was close to closing time when I got home and call the restaurant was close and is not open on Sunday. Make my way back to NY unhappy about my cookie ?

Went to this branch this evening. The foods and drink were fine except the super salty fries. E v e r y f r y .Went to this branch too many times already. Food quality, and at times service too, had not stopped getting worse here and there. There had been something oof going on too many times. Creative in some sort. If it was only for me, I would have stopped going back to this location immediately.Already spoke to the managers on different occasions.Management team must look into its food and process or service quality unless it authorizes this type of abuse on certain customers such as the onesit does not like or whatever and continues to get away with it.I wonder if corporate can stop the continuous progression of this very poor pattern of behaviors.
They forgot to ask if I wanted sauce and the women at the window was not has happy and smiling. I am so used to with chick fil a service being wonderful. Just a little disappointed usually one my favorite places because of the service.
Ordered on the app. Food was prepared once I marked we were parked. I was notified food was finished, I went in, picked it up from the shelf. Fresh, and ready to go.
Ordered one spicy chicken sandwiches they said 5, manager had to fix and credit, ordered 5 original sauce, he put in 5 buffalo, pick up door was so gross spilled liquid floor was filthy, tenders were horrible looked like all dark meat and they were bouncy.

The manager and employees are stupid. They do not know how to talk to customers. The manager is the stupidest guy and thats why employees are. He do not teach the employees on how to talk to customers. He is a black guy and has attitude as well as his employees.He should be replaced. I will not go to this place again until the manager is replaced.

Quick stop for a bite. Odd traffic pattern so we dined in. Prompt service. Sandwich hot/fresh. Fries cold soggy. Dining area clean and neat as was the restroom.
