I had to rewrite my comments to see if this will draw any attention to the chick-fil-A at Robinson Mall, Pittsburgh.

Note: As much as I love chick fil a, this rating and review is ONLY PERTAINING to the chick-fil-a at Robinson Mall, Pittsburgh!

Issue: Live fly inside Cobb salad, reported the issue to the call center last week and was promised a call from the leadership team for an explanation but no one seems to be bothered to respond.

Please check the quality of your food at this particular location, especially for bugs or flies!!

One Star (if I could give zero, I would)

Oh. My. God. Chick-fil-A, you’ve officially fallen from grace—like a soggy fry at the bottom of your own greasy bag.

What the hell is going on here? I watched your employees literally dump drinks from one cup to another, sloshing iced tea around like it’s a kiddie pool. You’ve got enough staff in there to run a small army, yet somehow everyone’s standing around looking lost, like they’re starring in the world’s saddest musical—“The Ballad of the Bad Service.”

Want to wait an eternity for cold fries and warm tea? Perfect! This Chick-fil-A is for you. Bonus points if you enjoy watching questionable “tea science experiments” being performed right behind the counter.

Dirty, sloppy, and downright embarrassing. It’s a disgrace to the brand and a slap in the face to anyone who’s ever had a real Chick-fil-A experience.

Clean it up. Fix it up. Because right now? This place is a dumpster fire. And trust me, we’re all watching.

Team member Chris was our cashier today. It was extremely busy and he was kind and polite. Thank you for your good customer service!

The service times and energy is not up to the Chick-fil-A standard at this location. Where you order inside is dark and confined, portions are off and the staff doesn't have the energy we expect at Chick-fil-A. I believe this location has a leadership issue that needs to be addressed.

Ordered and paid for a gluten-free bun and when I arrived home and looked in the bag it was not there.

This is my first experience of going through a drive through Chick fil A where I was handed my order without our drinks, and I then had to ask for a fork, napkins, straws, and the sauce I had requested when ordering.

This location is tough to get to and even tougher to order from. Highly let the college kids keep it and stay away unless you want to!

It is located inside the shopping plaza, if it is for shopping and eating there it is fine... the chicken is very delicious as always.
