I dropped my Fitbit when I put my Chick-fil-A bag over my arm. I didn't realize it until Jill tapped me on the shoulder with it in hand. She was looking for me and found me near my gate. Thank you Jill!!! you're awesome!

Staff is incredibly rude. Tanya P needs an attitude check or a different job.

Workers were nice but charged me for ice water which is typically free at all locations (unless the airport is different). About the sandwich, Bun too toasted and a little black. Filet coating too dark. Crumbs in sandwich pouch. Bag not folded 2 3/4 inch. Pickles overlapping. Would maybe fix these issues before the Q1 audit. Workers friendly! Cheapest you will spend for a meal is probably $13 but compared to the $22 takeaway salads they sell at Philadelphia, I would say I am fairly satisfied with my experience here. Wish this location carried the cobb salad.

Food is slightly not fresh as most CFAs.
But still tastes good.

I asked for no salt on my fries and they still gave salty fries. I have high blood pressure problems.

Service is fast, the restaurant is very clean. I always always love CFA down in the south but the fries chicken here is kinda weak and small and dry-ish

Pretty standard Chick-fil-A food for about double the price you'd pay at a standard Chick-fil-A. Service is pretty hit-or-miss; some people I've interacted with have been extremely nice while others seem like they hate their job. Overall, not bad, you can definitely do worse when choosing airport food.

Higher prices and lower quality than most locations
I came here for breakfast before catching a flight on 6/14/25 and was very disappointed at the size of the chicken breast. Especially knowing that my local chick filet has double the size for slightly less the cost too.

Typical fast food with inflated airport prices.
Chicken was fine. Service was quick. Fruit cup was disappointing because the fruits lacked sweetness and flavor.

At Chick-fil-A you know what you’re getting. However, at this one they are rude and don’t offer airport employee discount.
Gluten Free options available. Had the bacon egg cheese sandwich with GF bun that was pre packaged. And the Hash Browns have a separate fryer. Airport map did not label them GF, but they do have options!
Chic-Fil-A inside the PIT Pittsburg Airport is the worst location I have been into. No ice for drinks but wait till after you paid to say anything. How about a large sign to warn before waiting in line or lack there of. Everyone was in the StarJunks line. The biscuits were can and not the correct biscuits. The register people were cold and not per brand nice. No wonder this brand is failing in the North East. So glad I do not live in Arm Pitt Pittsburg. This RM that covers this area needs a shaken and stirred approach. Top down is the real issue.
Worst chickfila ive ever been to. Cant get anything right, food sucks and service sucks.
Tanya P took my order. Super friendly and professional. Line moved quickly. Good food.
