Server was a sweetheart and the rest of the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Exactly what I was looking for regarding a Peruvian dish. Went with a big group and everyone was very satisfied with the flavors, portions, and quality!
We had the whole chicken and the pork meals (include a side of yellow rice and beans) along with yuca fries and maduros. The food was delicious but when they give you foam containers that essentially sort of melt if the food is to hot. Those containers are not meant to serve hot food. Therefore, it is not safe to eat that food. I would not order to go again.
Great service and ambiance. The food was good. The chicken was perfectly cooked, although I have had better chicken elsewhere at other Peruvian restaurants in Alexandria VA. The tables at the back have a nice long distance view. I will be returning.
