On Wednesday me and my boyfriend went to Chillis. It's been awhile since I decided to eat out because of my allergies.
I made it extremely clear to our waiter, Joe, on what I am allergic to with citrus being one of them. I ordered a jack and coke, as it should have been fine. It came with a lime and I let Joe know I couldn't drink it and requested it to be remade because the lime was actually inside of the drink.

Being an ex chili head I completely feel for the workers at this restaurant!! We came in a party of 5 people and were told there was going to be a little bit of a wait which was understandable being that there were only 2 servers!!! I hated being short staffed but liked it too make that money!!!! Wasn’t a long wait at all and they were handling it beautifully.
I was appalled by your servers last night @ the Waterworks location. I wanted a nice evening w/my boyfriend. We were sat immediately, which is the only good thing that I can say about our experience. There was a kiosk behind our booth, We heard EVERY server complain 2 one another about their tables as this seemed 2 be their meeting spot (in the middle of the restaurant). 1 of them leaned on my bf when she went 2 put her elbow on the back of his booth.
