So this is a hidden gem I guess-not sure, reason I say hidden-It was no wait and plenty of space yet LOTS OF PPL were in Chilis on Saturday. Anyway, food was great-Ribs tender and juicy-the chicken honey chipotle was ?! The only complaint was the triple dipper southwestern egg rolls-HAD NO FLAVOR-our server was ok, atmosphere was laid back and the drink WAS A DRINK ?

Ordered food online. An hour later it wasn't ready. I don't know about everyone, but the staff I spoke with were not friendly. I will stick with the other location from now on where we always get great service.Edit: our order was missing a couple items so we called to speak to a manager. The manager seemed genuinely concerned and friendly and is seeking to remedy the situation.

Hadn't been to Chili's in a while. Had the fajitas. Very good. We were a party of nine. Our waiter was super. Our food came at the same time and I heard no complaints. I would go back again.

So we were just at this place after a long day of work hopping to enjoy the good foodBut we encountered this really bad experience todayHonestly it felt stupidWe felt like we were discriminate and I don't want to say this but it also felt like a racism towards us!My friend ask for a beer ?And my other and my self we were drinking a coffeeThe guy ask my friend for his ID and that's just fine but then ask for everyone on the table for an ID unacceptableWe been to this place more than 20 times and they've never asked for an IDIt was the first time today and it was a really bad ?So disappointing with the service guy and the manager too!

The bartender was apparently the only person working. 4 female workers just standing on the server line on their phones. Then the hostess couldn't even grab us a water to help out the busy bartender. Her reply was "we are understaffed", bruh that line is old now. Stop being lazy. 1:45
