One of the workers started harassing/threatening us as soon as we walked in the store and said that she’ll put us in a hospital along with some other nasty comments. Overall disgusting behavior from the employees and I hope the store takes action.

I am surprised the state or city health dept doesn't shut this location down for being absolutely filthy. That will be just your initial impression and it will go dowhill from there.
No matter how hungry you are... walk a little farther away from here.

The kids who work there are terrible, and they just laugh at everyone who comes in, and instead of helping people they're joking around amongst themselves.

The drink station is always tampered with by children who just come inside to sit there and watch other people eat. There was some white powder in the cider berry juice yesterday and the lid was hanging like one of the kids drop something in there.. they only do this when the white supervisor is not there… someone needs to watch that drink station..

Visited the Chipotle at 211 Forbes Ave in downtown Pittsburgh, and this was easily the worst experience I’ve had at any location. The server with dreadlocks was openly rude from the moment I approached—short, dismissive, and completely unwilling to assist. When I asked for fajitas (a standard menu item at every other Chipotle I’ve visited), he flatly said “No” without any explanation or apology.
The food was just as disappointing: the rice was completely plain—no cilantro, no lime, just bland and dry, unlike the properly seasoned cilantro-lime rice served everywhere else in the chain.
Staff with this kind of attitude aren’t suited for customer-facing roles. I hope management at this location addresses both the service issues and kitchen consistency promptly—Pittsburgh deserves better.

My whole office swore to never order from this chipotle again. I love chipotle, but this one is consistently horrible. If you order pick-up they barely give you any food. I counted 5 small pieces of chicken in my order. They might be better if you show up and order in person.

There was a fight, workers were walking out and walk in orders were not being fulfilled. So inappropriate and so disrespectful to customers. While we were waiting for to go orders the workers were joking around in the back with 20+ people waiting for their orders. So insane and disrespectful do not recommend this chipotle

Walked into a very dirty dining area, food on all tables, bags on floor, food on floor. Loud rap music playing and just barely able to hear to order. Chips sitting in an uncovered bin. Zero lemonade/tea. Very unkept place overall, little weary about even eating my food.
