I've been going to this Chipotle weekly since it opened. While staff issues have always been present the actual food was decent. Recently portion sizes have shrunk to an insultingly small amount. If you order a bowl it will be half filled. They skimp all ingredients and the double portion is now less than a regular at any other Chipotle. I asked the staff why portion sizes are so small and didn't get an answer. They offered to cancel the order instead. Avoid this Chipotle. You will not get the value you paid.

Traveling for a tournament and ordered through Grubhub, was worried food is going to be messed up seeing their low rating. To be surprise, absolutely loved both the veg and meat bowl. Great quantity , tasted fresh and right spice level .

Parking: Parking is available for free on each side of the street but given the traffic in downtown Pittsburgh, you might need to do a few rounds before successfully finding an open spot.

This Chipotle is smaller than average, but it has additional seating outside. It’s located in the middle of the strip and offers a good view of it. The restaurant is clean, and the service was great. I visited 10 minutes after they opened, and they hadn’t set out forks or turned on the music yet. However, I still had a good experience. They also have a clean bathroom with a code for access.

A couple weeks ago I went here. There was a lady with braids. She was very rude to me boyfriend. Asked us rudely what balls we want. In the end we paid for two waters never got them.

Very fun area to grab dinner and go on a date to the surrounding areas like Sandbox, Puttshack, and Aslin Beer Company. Found to come at 12:15pm for lunch or 6:30pm for dinner to get the best service.

My wife ordered a salad, and the lettuce was dripping wet. She asked the employee to get new lettuce and the employee went back to the rear of the kitchen - then came back with the same bowl with the dripping wet lettuce… My wife attempted to eat it and then had to just take it back and leave the restaurant without consuming… Horrible customer service and horrible food quality… We’ve been to a number of chipotle’s that have been fine, but this one is a disaster.

Genuinely the most disgusting food establishment I’ve ever seen, even with my extremely low expectations for a Pittsburgh area Chipotle these days.

Think about it. Do you know how hard it is to have a rating of 2 on Google? That’s honestly impressive.

Also, the drink station consistently looks like it was stocked by a family of fentanyl driven raccoons.

Avoid at all costs.

After ordering, I couldn't believe how ignorant, hostile, and rude the manager running the register was. She spent more time on her phone and muttering obscenities than doing any actual work. The restaurant was empty, and yet none of the employees could be bothered to clean the dining room, which was filthy. All the employees were slow, apathetic, and looked as though I had ruined their day by forcing them to work for five minutes. Shut this place down.
