Chipotle Mexican Grill Reviews
Ordered a chicken bowl and paid. No utensils. Approached the lady working the cash register and she informed me they were out of utensils. I asked her, “then why did you sell me a bowl?” She replied the kid that initially took my order should have informed me. I dropped the bowl on the counter and walked out.
By the time I got to my truck, I changed my mind and decided I wanted a refund and went back in to hushed “he’s back.” Some smirking little punk of a manager...read full review
Second time we ordered at this location, and an item was missing. Warning: they don’t do refunds at the place you picked up the order. Has to go through a chat robot online. The bot doesn’t know the word “refund.” Was nearly impossible to get a person on the phone at the store location and they really didn’t care. No humans at corporate at all, just bots.
Chipotle cares more for the environment than they do for human customers.
tonight, the restaurant was swamped. the line was to the door for order in. the order ahead group of people had to wait an hour for their internet order. my applause to the staff, who worked non-stop, being courteous to all. 3 CHEERS TO THIS STAFF TONIGHT!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. The food is generally well-received, with the meals being described as "nice" and the atmosphere as "pleasant." However, some customers have reported issues with the portion sizes and the attitude of certain staff members, who can be "disrespectful" and not care about their jobs. Despite these occasional challenges, the restaurant remains a favorite among many, including local law students, who seem to find it to be one of the best Chipotle locations in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. The restaurant is known for its predictable yet good food at reasonable prices. Service is generally good, but during busy lunchtime hours, there can be long waits in line. Customers also note that the front of the house sometimes lacks attention, with frequent shortages of forks, full trash cans, and dirty tables that are never wiped down. Improving these small details could make the experience better, as it mostly just takes someone who cares. Overall, Chipotle continues to be a popular choice for quick, tasty meals with a casual atmosphere.
