The quality and service at this location has gone down hill. No wonder this location keeps changing management. Young lady was sweeping the floor and saw customers walk in, put her broom aside and began putting on gloves to serve. I had to ask her to wash her hands. Four staff behind the counter and the food wasn’t even replenished on the line. Food prep area was filthy. HORRIBLE SERVICE! waited for 1.5 hours outside of the store for an online order. was told several times it wasn't ready. worker finally gave us our bag of food that was sitting on the shelf for nearly all of that 1.5 hours. the worker told us to go online for a refund. needless to say, the food was cold, and the hard- shell tacos were soggy. the food had to be thrown away, as it was totally inedible, and we didn't want to risk food poisoning. on top of that, the order was wrong....read full review
