The place was very dirty when we visited. The napkins were thrown on the condiment display still in the package. Drinks were empty, even one of the sodas. Ice machine was not working as well. Extremely disappointing.

Friendly staff, quality food……but they’re always out of everything. They need to have managers that know what to order and how to prepare for the day so they aren’t constantly running out. This is why local businesses deserve business over chains!

Went in at lunch multiple times, no sour cream, no tomatoes, no corn, no steak, no beef. It’s always something with this location. And not just one thing multiple things missing. Do better

I just went to this Chipotle on Friday and I haven’t been to this one in awhile and let’s just say I will never go back. I wanted hard tacos but they were out of them at like 6:30pm in the afternoon. I understand a lot of these Chipotles run out of stuff fast but this is like the third chipotle to not have any hard tacos the past week. So then I got a bowl with chicken and everything else I get. As I’m eating the bowl, they barely gave any chicken and gave me all this sour cream & extra veggies that I asked for but they gave all this extra stuff and not enough chicken. Then the lemonade was so watered down that I went back and got me a sprite and I don’t even drink pop but all the juices were gone or watered down. It’s disappointing because I can tell that this Chipotle is just getting worse and the staff just don’t care anymore either. I did not even want the bowl, I wanted tacos but again they ran out of hard shells by like 6:30 in the afternoon and probably sooner. That was just the time I was there. Please get better.

Regardless of time, the items are always out of stock. But if at 9PM, which is a peak time for a 11PM closing time, if items are out of stock then it’s a problem. Cheese was out. Rice and lettuce were little. The restocking needs to be more prompt.

Arrived in the afternoon. Ordered online and waited about 30 minutes for food while about 6-8 walk-ins got their food immediately. Store was dirty. Did not appear that the floor has swept, tables cleaned or garbage emptied the entire day. 2 of the 3 flavored drinks were empty. Meat portions stingy but that appears to be consistent among stores. Do not plan to return until I hear these issues are corrected.
