For some reason I keep giving this place my money, but every single time they're out of chips or pretty much anything i want lmao. I don't even go during rush hours..... They really gotta beef this place up for how busy it is.
I drove 25 minutes, waited 15 in line just to find out there were out of Guac. I left without out ordering.
Next day, I called the store and customer care ended up answering, I asked if this store had Guac today,. They looked in the system and she said yes. I drove 25 minutes again just to find out there out of Guac again. Very frustrating!

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed bag of experiences according to reviews. While some customers complain about items being out of stock, others praise the excellent service and portion sizes. The promptness of restocking is a concern for some, but the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant are commended. Vegetarian options are available, including rice, beans, and veggies, while kids can enjoy meals tailored to their preferences. However, some customers have noted that the restaurant can be sloppy and dirty, with staff sometimes making food for themselves instead of serving customers. There are concerns about dried-out vegetables and dry chicken, even during open hours, which leads to questions about food freshness and stock management. Despite these issues, staff members like the manager and team are appreciated for their extra effort to create a positive experience, especially when items run out. Overall, the restaurant seems to have varying levels of service quality, with some customers having great experiences while others face challenges with stock availability and cleanliness.
