This chipotle is TRASH I’ve come on my lunch break 3 different times and their doors are locked employees looking at you like you dumb. When it is open the rice ain’t ever cooked right. I do not recommend

I avoided this Chipotle for years for a reason, and unfortunately tonight confirmed that nothing has changed. We came here for my daughter’s birthday dinner at her request, and the conditions were still unacceptable. The restaurant was visibly dirty, multiple ingredients were unavailable (as usual), and yet there was still a line out the door. It honestly baffles me how this location continues to operate under these conditions, let alone pass a health inspection. Deeply disappointing experience, especially on what was supposed to be a special night.

I didn't even get to ordering. There was a line of people waiting but the staff was talking to each other and not doing anything The tables, chairs and floors were covered in food. I decided that Subway next was safer. It was delicious!!

1 star is giving them justice. My mobile order was completely wrong, the girl behind the counter took 10 minutes to give me a lid, and the place was not clean… I got a slopped up burrito that had the wrong ingredients and completely fell apart and leaked queso everywhere (which I didn’t even order). Won’t go here again.

The waterworks location has the worst employees and customer service. They put very little effort in to making your food. When you order they act like you are an inconvenience to them. Also they are always out of products.

Though the service was great, food is not. The girl that serve me went the extra mile for me. The food had too much lime or lemon. That was all I tasted on my plate. There was no balance of flavors..The place did not look clean at all.

Did not have any protein avaliable. Employee was rude, when I asked when something else was going to be avaliable she walked away. Would not ever waste my time going here again.

An employee who was working yesterday afternoon 11/12/25 who wears glasses, fake big lashes, and dark curly hair is extremely rude. She should be fired for treating customers with no manners and no respect. She is far the worst employee I have ever seen in this location. Avoid her if she serves your food.

A Staff member was extremely rude, and turned me away due to not having more rice (of either kind)FOR THE ENTIRE DAY and it was 2:15pm....how do they not have more rice, how is the etiquette of the staff so poor? I guess it shows the either the staff choose to tell you they don't have more to not work or the management don't care about ensuring sufficient supplies so that customers don't encounter this issue.

I previously rated this location a 2, but lately it seems like they've been making more of an effort so changing my rating. Ive been getting huge portion sizes recently and they dont run out of ingredients as often as they used to.

How do you give less than one star. Two days in a row - two unbelievable experiences. Yesterday, out of lettuce, sour cream and who knows what else. Today - walked in to be told “we’re only taking online orders - no walk one”. If you can’t provide even the basic service, you should be shut down by corporate.

The only reason I keep coming back is because of the location. If any other franchise owner or competitor wanted to open next door, they’d be widely successful.

Out of town for work, figured id stop here. What do you mean, online orders only? So now im supposed to order food and wait around for 30 of 45 monutes to get a bowl? What a joke honestly. Out of all the chipotles ive visited, ive never in my life seen this. Aftsr reading though other reviews, i will take it upon myself to contact corporate due to the consistent bad issues at thisocation. 1 star
