Workers seem annoyed when you come in to get food. Look like they would be anywhere but at work. Takes forever to serve and ring up and talk to other workers than doing any work around the restaurant

First I could not sign into the app. I tried resetting my password, but never got the email. Even though I got an email about free queso the day before. I walked in at 9:30pm and they closed at 10. Which is maybe why I got treated like I was not welcome. They were not outright rude. But treated me like I was wasting their time. I purchased a bowl. The rice was under done. The steak was overdone and dry. I know that by coming in at 9:30 I shouldn't have expected the freshest ingredients. But overall, it was disappointing. The portion was good for 13 bucks. I've had 2 meals from it and still have some leftover.

Food is ok if everything is in stock. Most of the employees try, but definitely mismanaged and one employee is particularly rude and seems that others are afraid of her. She might be the manager not sure.

I wrote a review 2 years ago on this place and said it was really bad. 2 years later I'd have to say nothing has changed. I went in today the place is still a mess I wanted a steak Bowl they were out of steak. They're running a promotion on a new ranch dressing which I asked for and she told me they were out of ice. This has to be the worst managed restaurant in this area.

This is consistently the worst Chipotle. It is almost always out of ingredients and is dirty. Staff is very inefficient.

Today, I get a steak bowl. They are out of black beans and queso. The steam table is too hot, so the other items are dried out or burnt. I odered a fountain drink. When I went to get it, there was no ice. I told them and they THEN told me their ice machine was broken. I said it would have been nice toknow that BEFORE I bought a fountain drink.

Sadly this not the only time I have encountered this here. It is very poorly managed.

Went in At 11am well after the place opened. And was told they were not ready yet and needed 10 to 15 minutes. I waited 20 and they were still not ready. Left with nothing. Complete incompetence

This is the worst chipotle location ever. I asked for more chicken willing to pay for extra and was told no. But was charged for double meat. The people are rude, no changing of gloves, and it’s always dirty. Rice is always over or undercooked, and never have toppings anymore!

Got attitude for no reason. Got to the register and didn’t get asked about a drink. So I asked for one….
“Say that before next time”with an attitude.I ignored it and proceeded to pay. My chip wasnt working and she told me “its clearly not working your going to have to swipe it” then started to freak out because I slid it wrong. Person needs to be fired. There was no one behind me and it wasn’t busy. People have bad days but this was clearly not that and I wouldn’t talk to anyone the way she was talking to me. Especially a customer. I was going to eat there but I got so mad I had to leave because I can’t keep my mouth shut. It was a girl with an arm tattoo. Needs to be looked into by management

Absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle. First of all, they had no steak and no guacamole—two of the main things people actually go there for. How do you run out of both? Then, to top it off, there were no napkins anywhere. Like seriously... how does a restaurant that serves messy burritos not have napkins? But the absolute worst part: when I paid cash, they didn’t even have enough change to give me back what I was owed. They just acted like it was my problem and gave me less money back without even apologizing. So not only did I leave with a sad, incomplete meal, I literally got ripped off. This place is a joke and clearly poorly managed. Never coming back.

Probably one of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been in, no changing of gloves in between orders. No efficiency. It was a mess and down right gross. I walked out and didn’t even wanna eat there.

Lunch hour….no chips, no steak, no veggies, no forks, no ice….and you don’t know all this stuff isn’t available until you are half way through the process of ordering and then your feel obligated to continue with your order and waste 30$ on 2 lunches you didn’t want.
