I don’t understand how this store is still open. It has seriously gone down hill. I walked in and there is food everywhere! On the floor, on the walls, all over the countertop, but ironically they are out of everything when you ask for it…no cheese…No salsa…no sour cream… and a staff of kids that wants nothing to do with actually working there, nor do they have half a clue how to talk to someone without giving an attitude. Don’t ask them any questions. This store is disgusting

Garbage location. Just walked in to order lunch and got yelled at that the lobby is closed. I didn’t understand or hear properly and got yelled at again. No signs at all on the door and at least one rude employee.

Why is this store ALWAYS! out of ingredients!!! Today it was cheese, last week guacamole and black beans. They haven't had chips for over two weeks! I love Chipotle- THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!

The corn was partially frozen. The tables were filthy. They were out of drinks and utensils. One of the workers was extremely rude to the others. They were out of rice and were going to be open for 4 more hours.

If I was able to give this location a negative star rating then I would! I ordered online and went to pick up and they said they wasn’t open even though it was a hour after they opened. This place needs to be shut down, they’re slow whenever you go in to order food and the customer service is terrible.

We went here yesterday to try to grab a quick dinner and I have never been in such a chaotic Chipotle in my life. There was a person dumping various ingredients in the trash can as we arrived and so the food line was sort of empty. The person who was supposed to be helping us was in the back on the phone (and biting her nails?), she then got off the phone and put the phone on the food line. We ordered a kid's quesadilla and she started packing up each ingredient individually (a little container of chicken....container of cheese...two plain tortillas). I didn't come to Chipotle for a meal kit! I asked her why she wasn't cooking the quesadilla and she seemed too confused to move forward. We left.

Just got a double chicken saladWas told I only get one salad dressing and I’m charged $1.50 for a second one.So I called my cousin who is a chipotle GMShe stated you get 2 dressings per entreeAnd they are to be 2oz full which is half of the cupSo included should be 4oz total$1.50 for moreI have a photo of my dressing portions not being 2ozDude with beard was so stern about me paying $1.50So I’m calling and getting a full refund tomorrow

I use the app to make a group order and pick up in the store. Not a single one of our three bowls was prepared correctly, two were missing the extra guacamole which was paid for, all were missing veggies or other ingredients, and one had added Dairy which was not a part of the order. All of the bowls came with the correct ingredients listed on the top but it was not what was found in the bowl. I'm unsure how following a list of items could go so awry but this is not my first experience with this happening at this specific Chipotle. The portion sizes were also so small that we had to order more food from another restaurant. The Bulls weren't even half full. I would also say that this company has very poor service recovery and their options were free menu items but I will not be giving more business to this location.**EDITED TO ADD this was written AFTER contacting Chipoltle customer service. They were not sympathetic.Dietary restrictions: I would be very cautious about ordering anything from this restaurant if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction because the entree was prepared so far off the mark that you never know what you're going to get.
