This is the worst location. Waited 35 minutes only to find out they were out of various toppings. I walked out empty handed and went out of my way to Moe's. This was 11:30am on a Friday! Server was rude to me and her coworkers. CEO of Chipotle, please make a trip to Pleasant Hills.

4/7/24 - I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. I like Chipotle and since this is the only one near me I tried it again four months after the last time. I came here for the limited time chicken al pastor with my favorite, the fajita veggies. Upon getting to the counter to order I’m told they’re out of al pastor chicken, chips, and fajita veggies. I ordered double chicken, extra beans with pico. My bowl weighed less than a few ounces. They skimped on everything and it wasn’t even what I really wanted. With a drink it’s almost $17 for my order. I guess I’ll never learn that this Chipotle is absolutely the bottom of the barrel - the worst of the worst!11/29/23 - Side of chips had exactly 16 chips in it. The red salsa was beige and tasted like it was make with spoiled veggies.

Used to be quick and awesome pre-Covid. Now if you mobile order, expect at least an hour wait regardless of what time it says it’ll be ready. And if the app tells you it’s ready, it’s definitely still not ready yet. Once you do get the food, you better double check it is correct because it probably won’t be. If you order delivery, no chance of getting the correct food and it definitely won’t be delivered anytime soon.

This place is so disappointing that I try to avoid it as much as possible. The last time we went, they were out of steak, salad dressings, and small drinks. I don't want to pay for a large drink when I only wanted a small one. When I got home, I realized they never gave me the chips I paid for, but I don't want to go back out to get them. I used to work at Chipotle, and the service was much better then.

I absolutely love this place. No one I know ike Mexican but I talked them into here and they liked it a lot. Lines are always long and it seems no one helps each other so be prepared to stand in line for a bit. They usually only have 1 person making orders. Crazy!! But still good. ?
