I used to hate Chipotle but now I eat it often. This Chipotle always does a good job. My only complaint is when you order door dash you can't get extras nor the vinaigrette. But the food is always of good quality and plentiful.
I was in there on both last Friday and today and had the same young gentleman with blonde hair prepare my bowl. He asked me how I was doing and smiled,I could tell he actually wanted to be there and that is a rare experience eating out these days. When I asked for extra rice and beans he didn't give me a snarky attitude like I've received at other Chipotle locations and he moved very fast and I saw him get rid of a massive line basically by himself. This chipotle seriously needs new management. I walk on there mid afternoon and trash overflowing in garbage cans while works are behind counter on the phone. I take a look at the guacamole BROWN / OLD / DISGUSTING as ever I ask the cashier if she can get any from the back she grabs it and says “it’s worse than the one out here”— and it was. Every time I come here this workers / staff rude as ever. So disappointing
