i wish i could give this place a higher rating since i really do love cinnabon but this specific location just isn’t the best. it’s definitely not the worst, if you’re craving something sweet then go ahead. but it’s definitely overpriced and you’re not guaranteed to get fresh rolls. and customer service varies.

I went to Cinnabon during the Christmas holiday right when the mall had been open about an hour and the rolls looked crispy and kinda burned and there was a young guy with a scowl behind the counter, he didn’t approach me. I asked if there was new rolls coming out soon and he said the ones out were fresh and I told him they didn’t look so good. He didn’t care. I ended up getting some minis. Bad customer service for sure and the product didn’t look great either.

Should you eat here: No.Sadly this Cinnabon has gone down hill. I moved in the area around 2019 and then the food was excellent. Over the past few years the food isn’t good anymore. I’m a huge churro guy and before they would be fresh, warm and delicious. Now, they are stale, cold and just not good. The cinnamon buns are the same. What a shame. I do not recommendZ

The mall at Robinson says that Cinnabon at 10:00, my daughter and I get there and the associate said they are not open until 11:00. When I asked her, she was very rude. I suggest getting the correct times since there were a lot of people there asking and she was very agitated.

Listed as opening at 10a, someone was there doing morning prep but it actually opens at 11a. Apparently no part of the hour prep involved actually making food though, because they were out of everything except the regular cinnamon rolls.The Auntie Anne's pretzel side was completely barren, no pretzels of any kind.
