i wish i could give this place a higher rating since i really do love cinnabon but this specific location just isn’t the best. it’s definitely not the worst, if you’re craving something sweet then go ahead. but it’s definitely overpriced and you’re not guaranteed to get fresh rolls. and customer service varies.
Friday, Nov. 13, 2020: I went to Cinnabon at Robinson Mall for first time. My experience could not have been nicer. A young brunette gal waited on me immediately. She filled my order and offered "sides" and was 100% cordial. The service and the server could not be better. I was not expecting "this" after reading previous reviews. Perhaps management corrected the problem? I am a happy customer and will certainly return.
They ONLY lose one star because I was handed my cookie thing upside down (it was in a wrapper thing upside down and she handed me a separate bag and extraicing which I asked for and I also got charged a bit to much for it actually) and the cookie immediately fell and crumbled completely after I turned to walk away and they were busy and I’m not one to bother with stuff. Not like it was super expensive. So I did walk around with out saying anything.
