Cop Out Pierogies Reviews
Wife and I shared a giant Polish Plate. Perogies were great. The stuffed cabbage was even better. Carl is a gracious host too. Highly recommended!
Cop Out Pierogies is always on our Pittsburgh List when we come to town. The variety; the awesome service; the deliciousness all equate an amazing meal. We absolutely love their food. Highly recommend ❤️
My husband was passing through for work and found this gem. I am gluten free and he surprised me with
pierogies. I tried making them once before years ago when I was first diagnosed celiac. It was a fail. GF dough is not an easy task. These were spot on and didn’t fall apart when boiled. I honestly could have eaten all 14. Thank you for supplying the gluten free community, it means a lot!

Cop Out Pierogies is a restaurant known for its kind hospitality. The menu offers a variety of dishes, with the cabbage roll and chicken parm pierogies being standouts, along with authentic polish potato pierogies and Pumpkin Spice Dessert Pierogies. The portions are generous, making the prices feel like a great value. The cozy restaurant has a limited number of tables, but it's worth planning a visit. A retired police officer owns the establishment, giving it a unique touch. The homemade applesauce is a must-try, as are the delicious fries. The pierogies are perfectly cooked—soft and chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside. The owners are a sweet couple who treat customers like family. Many visitors praise the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with recommendations for the potato and cheese, potato bacon, and kraut pierogies, all described as delicious and flavorful. The table seasonings and onions add extra flavor, and the stuffed cabbage is also highly appreciated. Street parking is available during weekdays around noon. Overall, this place offers great, real food served by friendly locals in a down-to-earth setting.
