Food is good , and quality is great the service just is not there , if u pay attention youll see employees touch everything with the gloves they prep food with even they face, so i stopped going , although they was very hospitable dont let that fool you, that being said if you dont have food safety skills or training you shouldn't work with or near food it makes high quality food very low from not payingattention!!
got a cot fish sandwich on brioche and a hazelnut chai coffee. both were very good but I think the sandwich was a bit overpriced but that's what you get in bougie little cafe in downtown Pittsburgh lol. The ordering tablets weren't working correctly when I came not sure if that's a frequent problem but other than that good experience.
This place is amazing! My favorite is the Bloomfielder sandwich - I have to stop and get one every time I'm in the area. The employees are always very kind and the coffee is great, too.
