Everything appeared in good condition which is excellent. The reason for three stars is quality and customer service. I ordered the Freakier Friday Cake as part of the six pack I sent to my daughter for her Friday Birthday. For the 50$ I spent for six cookies to be delivered, I did have an expectation that they would appear as they did in the weekly flavors. I have ordered from this particular Crumbl location, and I have never had a bad experience! I usually order it through a delivery service and my order is usually fine, and everything always tastes great!
This particular crumbl I am never greeted there is always a line and it still takes many minutes for someone to even approach the register to take an order they are to busy with side work to actually take care of customers. Was dissapointed by the cookie dough cookie as the picture shows many pieces of the little cookie dough balls on top and mine had 4 little ones…
