Outstanding atmosphere, service and food. One of Pittsburgh hidden gems. Osso bucco and chicken Parmesan were incredible.

DONT GO HERE!! My dad got violent food poisoning and the food wasn’t good at all. he’s been throwing up all night. the food came out cold and the sauces were all separated the veal piccata was so nasty and I think that’s was made him sick. Somehow the risotto was mushy and underdone at the same time. (a crazy accomplishment) and swimming in butter (not in a good way). save your time. save your money and don’t go PLEASE! The waiter was the only good thing about this place, the lighting was weird the building was weird, the hostess with her knees up on a table at the front was weird, this whole place was weird and I will never come back.

Frank is honestly the best Italian chef in Pittsburgh. I have never had Italian food so good in my life, aside from my grandma of course. There is not a plate that Frank makes that I will not eat. If you want a taste of real Italian food, this is the place to go! The service is great, the atmosphere is great, and the food is phenomenal! It is worth every penny. Frank deserves every bit of success that he has achieved!

First time here and it was very good ! Appetizers are amazing I highly recommended the calamari and shrimp . Was super excited to see a Pecan Ball for desserts! Haven’t had one in years !

Very good Italian restaurant in Greentree. I was here for a special event and wasn't sure what to expect in terms of food quality. Long story short is I was happy with everything I tried. I plan to stop in again for lunch or dinner. It's only about a mile away from my home so I'll update after I stop in again..

Food tastes good but way too expensive and small portions. Two meals and two Sam Adam’s beers for $90 and left hungry. We didn’t order any appetizers.

I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. There were 6 of us for my birthday dinner. Every app and entree was DELICIOUS. Healthy portions. We loved receiving a visit from the chef/owner, welcoming feedback and questions. Sauteed calamari and shrimp was done perfectly. Spots with crabmeat had so much flavor. And the Costelle (calabrian bread/ was a very pleasant surprise. The ONLY thing that disappointed us was the bread. Very dry and bland. Get the Costelle instead. We will definitely be back😊❤️

Had an awesome dinner all gluten free and no adverse effects the day after. Just about everything they offer can be prepared gluten free, just ask! The server was knowledgeable and confirmed all requests with the chef. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dinner!

This is a higher-end Italian eatery and the food and service is generally to the level expected. My party all found their food to be tasty, and the waitstaff to be wonderful. We enjoyed the environment and attention to detail.

I personally found the food to be a bit costly proportional to what we got. I also found my chicken parm to be a bit too salty.

This place is a hidden gem (at least one that I had been overlooking for years). Amazing homemade pasta and desserts, everything was superb.
