Wanted to order a ice cream cake with fudge in the middle instead of crunchies. Called the day before and one team member was going to special make it and the manager just had to decorate it first thing in the morning for pickup at noon. The manager Tonya responded that she didn’t feel like it and we could pick it up after 5. If I needed it for an afternoon party why would I only be ok picking it up after 5! Piss poor service.
The blonde girl at the window was wonderful. Had a very nice smile and treated me very well. The manager was horrible though. The zesty one!!
We come here all the time and we have noticed for some reason the lights are NEVER ON about your showing open ? We pulled up to a dark menu without the big DQ light on or any outside lights on (looked closed) to find out they were open. It’s very deceiving the way the people working turn the lights off 30/45 min early if not more. We asked the people working and they said “they were slow so they were closing 10 min early.
