everytime I go here they drastically mess up my order (like getting an ice cream slushie with no ice cream) and I dont really understand how that

I went in today to get an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Their pre made cake selection wasn't great, and they didn't have any blizzard cakes pre-made. Most of the other dq locations have a couple of blizzard cakes pre-made, but I was able to find a cake that sufficed. The employees were nice and decorated it for me with what I wanted it to say. Most of the cakes had borders on them that were damaged or smashed up against the side of the container. It was slim pickings, and I had to go with the one that had the least amount of icing damage to it. It was still a little wonky, but it will get eaten...I just hope it isn't freezer burnt from sitting in the case too long. It looks like that could be the case after opening it and looking at the top. I will be highly disappointed if it is as the cake was nearly $40. Thankfully, it wasn't freezer burnt, but the ratio to chocolate and vanilla ice cream was way off.

Stood in line here for 8 minutes, No Staff showed to take an order, I took my money else where ?

Disappointed that I made a special trip to this DQ to order my birthday cake and two blizzards before 8PM to be told they were closed. I even checked the hours on their website prior to going. I’ve experienced bad service here before. I guess I’ll have to start going to Settlers location since they must not want any business!

Was with my 6 and 11 yo daughters Christmas shopping today and wanted to get them the snow man treat and to our disappointment the woman at the register told me they were closed but it isn’t even 8 yet and the site says it closes at 8 pm. This was disappointment number one. Then to make things worse she looked at me with a moody face and said “do they have to have these”? I just left. Who “has to have” ice cream? What a terrible customer service, shame on you Dairy Queen! This isn’t the first time I get the door shut at my face at this place. Never going back!!! Rude!!! That’s not how you treat customers.

This was my hand dipped medium cone with sprinkles, little crooked and bald lol could have done better with making this. It tasted fine but made poorly.

I was first introduced to this place by a friend of mine who absolutely loves it here. I was then brought here by another friend who bought me a smoothie which I had picked out for my husband who was the smoothie lover of the household. I took one sip and I fell in love! This place has introduced me to my love for smoothies. I was then introduced to their julius' by the first friend I mentioned and loved those as well!The staff is super friendly and have recognized us as regulars memorizing my husband and my order every time we come. It is my favorite place of all time to come get smoothies.

It was very unprofessional. They don’t wear gloves when handling food. They use entirely improper use on their equipment. I work for Dairy Queen in summit mall. This place at Robinson mall in Pittsburg,Pa. is very nasty. They don’t use their equipment properly. As they should. It’s highly disgusting. I would never eat or buy anything from this Dairy Queen again.
