Watched a worker pull up his pants with his gloves. Watched another worker pull out his cellphone with gloves on. Completely oblivious he then started making a sandwich. Manager here is asleep. I called the allegheny health department .

Placed online order at 12:15. They said it would be done at 12:32. I waited till 12:45 before I asked for update on food. I was told that I'm asking stupid questions. I was told that I had an attitude. I was told everything except the update on my sandwich. They were serving people who placed hot food orders at the register quicker than they serve people who made online orders. There were 10 of us waiting including door dash and Uber. Don't go there if the hairless man dressed in all black uniform making sandwiches is there. He is disrespectful and doesn't know only stupid question is one not asked. The cashier was nice.

Had a hankering for a good cheesesteak sandwich. Used the online app and it was super easy to customize and order. They had my sandwich ready 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and work fast.
I hot the Medium 10” and it eas stuffed with fresh grilled meats and grilled mushrooms, onions and peppers. The tasted was great and filled me up.
If you are down town and want a great sandwich option, try this place.

This place is just insane with how delicious it is. It's so good. 😭 The best sandwiches. Always a must stop when you're in town. The cheese steak is my new favorite.

Picked up a few 14” Dagwood subs for me and the boys over the weekend, and they were fantastic to say the least! The staff were very helpful and attentive in assisting a rookie customer at the counter - I’m making this place a regular stop on my future visits to PGH.

I picked up a steak hoagie today with my friends who also got takeout. Hardly any meat in my sub and my friend had hair in her salad. Her salad is being replaced but they are not managing their food quality very well.
