Picked up a few 14” Dagwood subs for me and the boys over the weekend, and they were fantastic to say the least! The staff were very helpful and attentive in assisting a rookie customer at the counter - I’m making this place a regular stop on my future visits to PGH.

I picked up a steak hoagie today with my friends who also got takeout. Hardly any meat in my sub and my friend had hair in her salad. Her salad is being replaced but they are not managing their food quality very well.

The food here is amazing, DiBellas is my favorite sandwich shop in Pittsburgh. Unfortunately there’s a worker at this location who I always run into and he’s so unpleasant. I try to order ahead to limit interaction since I go so often but he’s always there, and always rude. Short guy who wears a black uniform and has a short beard. All the cooks are so sweet and nice so it’s crazy! But good food for sure.

Absolutely delicious subs and the restaurant is clean. They need a better checkout and pay system because I can see people getting hoagies and walking out without paying. Other than that, wonderful establishment with wonderful subs.

Food was amazing. The bread was perfect and the quality of ingredients was great. No real notes. I'd eat these all dya any day. But the workers across the board seemed annoyed and one of my sandwiches ended up being a 5 inch instead of a 7 inch, even though I ordered and paid for the larger size.
I thought of this shop today for some reason, and now I am hungry! When I lived in the city I came here maybe once a week for the best sub you can find.

Great food, very poor service. The sandwiches were actually very good but unfortunately the experience as a whole wasn’t due to a lack of customer service. I would go as far as saying the staff was a little rude as if they didn’t want to be there. It also took about 20 minutes after ordering to receive our food.

Director Bellas is a good sub sandwich/deli, but there were several problems: the person taking orders was also doing other tasks, so the wait was unnecessarily long, I ordered the chicken bacon ranch salad and I received a chicken salad with black olives, there is a ticket number you pull to place your order, however there is a different order number on your receipt. Don't go to Di Bellas at Market Square if you are in a hurry.
