Food was amazing. The bread was perfect and the quality of ingredients was great. No real notes. I'd eat these all dya any day. But the workers across the board seemed annoyed and one of my sandwiches ended up being a 5 inch instead of a 7 inch, even though I ordered and paid for the larger size.

Great food, very poor service. The sandwiches were actually very good but unfortunately the experience as a whole wasn’t due to a lack of customer service. I would go as far as saying the staff was a little rude as if they didn’t want to be there. It also took about 20 minutes after ordering to receive our food.

Director Bellas is a good sub sandwich/deli, but there were several problems: the person taking orders was also doing other tasks, so the wait was unnecessarily long, I ordered the chicken bacon ranch salad and I received a chicken salad with black olives, there is a ticket number you pull to place your order, however there is a different order number on your receipt. Don't go to Di Bellas at Market Square if you are in a hurry.

It was a pleasure working with DiBella's team in Market Sq. Pgh, PA. They were kind enough to take my large order via excel spreadsheet, deliver on time and provide delicious food for my work event.
I really used to love this place and I went Friday night for the first time in a while only to be disappointed. I ordered an old fashioned I got home and found a salami only sub no mayo no oil no tomato like I ordered. I ate half just because I was so hungry the other half found the bottom of my trash.

Very full sub on excellent bread. Lots of booth seating inside, right on Market Square with some outdoor seating available, too. Generous portions.
Parking: Might need to walk a bit. Typical downtown crowded streets during the workday. Easy walk from transit or hotels.

I absolutely loved these sandwiches. The quality of the meat tasted fresh. You choose your style of sandwich then pick your bread, the everything beagle seasoning was phenomenon on this sandwich. Then you choose your size, the 7” one was a good size for me. Then you pick your toppings and you can put all those toppings you want on there a good selection of toppings. I’m very impressed one of the best sandwiches I’ve had.
