This was the best Dunkin I’ve ever had in my life. Saved me and my friend from the trenches. The workers were so nice and didn’t mind when I asked for a water at the window. Very very good service and very very good food and drinks. Drinks actually came from the waters of the garden of Eden.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I certainly would. The past three times I've gone here, my drinks were completely wrong, I was upcharged for things I didn't ask for (extra swirl? random upcharge with no description?), and everything tasted terrible. Sucks because it's on my way to work but I won't be coming back.

We just stopped here so my boyfriend could get a black coffee. When we pulled up the woman told us she’d be with us in just a moment. We sat there for maybe 3 minutes max before she came back on to take our order. We pulled around to pay and she told there was no charge because we had to wait. My boyfriend doesn’t come across as the nicest person in the world so he didn’t sound grateful to this. However I thought it was incredibly nice of her to do that especially considering it wasn’t that long of a wait at all. I imagine she’s the only one working and likely needed a bathroom break (or hell even maybe a quick smoke break). Whatever the reason I don’t personally care. I’m also not one of those people who demand immediate service right away and understand that most of these places are terribly understaffed and that it’s likely going to take a little longer to get my order in and paid for. Anyway, I feel bad that my boyfriend came across as ungrateful and just wanted to acknowledge the generosity of the woman working today (10/12/25 at 5:15pm). Wish I knew her name to be able to acknowledge her by name as she deserves. But whoever you are, I really appreciate your generosity for something that really wasn’t that big of a deal to us. We never would’ve expected a free coffee for that but am grateful nonetheless. Thank you 😊❤️

Girl working at 10:30 on September 9 has the worst attitude doesn’t even talk to you. Messed up my order and then had attitude when i wanted the correct order. The drink was also watered down garbage. Should find another job if you don’t want to deal with customers.

Drive thru doesnt know what the orders are most the time. They always never have anything new in stock. Black lady at drive thru asks you what you ordered even though its on the app. Wouldnt recommend going here for anything new. Only regular basic items.
Soooo I order two guava refresher and they only gave me one saying I only order one like boy bye so they charge me for one more, didn’t give me a receipt and they had a bad mood
