I ordered a half dozen of donuts and a small iced coffee through DoorDash. My dasher messaged me stating that they were out of donuts so I only received my coffee. I contacted DoorDash for a refund.
What's the point of being opened if there's no donuts available? Also, it would be very helpful if they let people know this next time so people don't waste time and gas money for nothing. Very annoying.

I ordered a hot chai with oat milk and pumpkin, as well as a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Received black coffee with pumpkin and a cold sandwich. Usually they're fairly consistent with quality, but this time has ruined my morning

Drink was good but the tables and seats are always dirty every time I go there morning and afternoon just to sit. It was not even packed this time I went and was nobody in there but the workers and me and another person seats still dirty etc.

This place is HORRIBLE! Everyone has an attitude and cursing I got charged twice for my drink, then was told I can't order it anymore, my hashbrowns were cold, and my drink was made wrong (I only asked for steamed milk with Carmel and vanilla because I dont drink coffee) I didn't have time to take it back. If you're in the area I highly suggest you choose another location. Money wasted....

This is the BEST Dunkin in the 40 locations around them I promise. If you can make the drive, MAKE IT! Here, it's not just the service. This is the Chic-Fil-A, of DUNKINS! Their speed takes every error into accountability and they go above and beyond for their customers. It doesn't matter what time of day or what crew is on, it doesn't matter what day or change in staff on certain days. ITS ALWAYS WHAT YOU ASK FOR. They love their jobs here and you can tell. These aren't jobs for ANY of these staff. I know people say that, this location just has something the other ones just literally don't. I've come and gone here for years. It doesn't matter. THIS LOCATION CARES! 🌻 It matters. They are willing to treat you like family no matter who you are. Or when they meet you. Thanks Dunkin! 🫶🏿🫶🏾🫶🏽🫶🏼🫶🏻🫶

Update -
Placed an online order for pick up at the drive-through due to it being national drive-through day. Got to the location and there was a sign on the drive-through talk box that said it was out of order. (On Dunkin advertised ‘national drive thru day’). Drove up to the window and they could not open the window. Went into the building and was not greeted. I grab my mobile order (which was supposed to be two donuts). As I was leaving the store, heard an employee say loudly and rudely ‘ain’t there no sign out there?’ I answered her by saying, I saw a sign, but figured you could pass my mobile order through the window. She did not respond. Got back home and realized that the order was wrong. I received the wrong donuts.
Update - changing my 5 star to a 4 star. The employees here (for the most part, not all) are pretty unfriendly. Work on your customer service.
Yr typical Dunkin’ Donuts. Food is good. Wait time is fair. The staff could be friendlier. Have ordered from there about a dozen times and my order was only wrong once.
