I can’t tell you how many times their latte machine is broken! It probably won’t get fixed for a week as always’ They’re always out of everything.
I used to patronize this location many times as a treat to my crew on Fridays. Rude comments have been made to me Bc I didn't place my order the day before. Working in the food industry as a general manager I would never turn away business especially to the tune of $60+ dollars a visit. Instead of earning my loyalty they have pushed me to not come at all. I even called tonight with 14 hours advance to accommodate my 5 dozen assorted order with 50 donut holes. Didn't get a receipt so I couldn't complete a survey, but wow. Been here a few times since it opened and they continue to disappoint. Waited 10 minutes with only one other car in line. Got our coffee order totally wrong. They fixed it but it was on the burnt side. Espresso machine was broken, which I guess isn't their fault this morning. Stale bagels, burnt wakeup wraps.. it was bad enough this morning for my husband and I to agree we won't be giving it another chance.
